Synopsis
"Sister Midnight" is a dark comedy about a misfit woman living in a small town, trying to navigate life as a newlywed in an arranged marriage—caught between a difficult husband, nosy neighbors, and her own wild impulses.
Production Facts
Indian director and script writer Karan Kandhari’s film "Sister Midnight" has been selected for the Cannes Film Festival in the Quinzaine des Cinéastes section 2025. The film was also nominated for a BAFTA.
