Production Facts

So far, Kirsten Dunst and Daniel Brühl have been confirmed for the lead roles, with other cast members including Keanu Reeves, Nicholas Braun, and Samantha Morton. Benjamin Ingrosso and actors Sanna Sundqvist and Tea Stjärne will also board Östlund's jumbo jet for roles in the film.

The film is a Swedish-German-French co-production and reunites the director with his long-time collaborators, producer Erik Hemmendorff (Plattform Produktion) and producer Philippe Bober (Coproduction Office). The team also includes returning members: Fredrik Wenzel, cinematographer; Josefin Åsberg, production designer; and Rikard Waxin, First AD. Swedish co-producers are Film i Väst, Sveriges Television, and SF Studios, with support from the Swedish Film Institute. The world sales are handled by Coproduction Office.

This is the sixth feature film that Film i Väst has co-produced with Ruben Östlund, and the two most recent films, "Triangle of Sadness" and "The Square", both won the Palme d'Or at Cannes.
