As audience habits shift, how should public film agencies respond? This is something that is explored in the new report The Audience Isn’t Waiting—Are We Ready to Change?
This new report explores how public film agencies, and the wider European film industry can rethink their relationship with audiences. Through interviews with key industry voices from across Europe, the report invites reflection on shared responsibility, evolving strategies, and how we can better connect with audiences in a changing landscape.
We also examine the current cinema landscape and the streaming world in collaboration with The Film Agency, who have contributed their insights to help us understand that world in relation to our own.
Sixteen industry experts from across Europe have been interviewed, including producers, representatives from public film agencies, distributors, exhibitors, and audience designers.
