The Swedish film award, Guldbaggen Award, was held Monday 15 January. Film i Väst’s co-productions won in total seven awards. Mika Gustafson’s Venice premiered Paradise is Burning won Best Picture, Lukas Moodyssons Toronto premiered Together 99 won Best Screenplay and Maria Fredriksson’s Tribeca winner The Gullspång Miracle won Best Documentary.
